"Decent help, but a little slow"
I’ll give them credit, my issue did get taken care of in the end, and the person who replied seemed to know what they were doing. I had a question about my order and was glad they were able to sort it out without making it a huge hassle.

That said, it took longer than I expected to hear back, and the response felt a bit rushed or short. Nothing terrible happened, but the whole thing could’ve been smoother. Still, they fixed the problem, so overall it was okay

Not gonna lie, I was surprised by how much I got back. The whole process was easy too, so overall it was a good experience.

"Returning it was surprisingly easy"
I accidentally ordered the wrong book and was a little worried the return would turn into a hassle. I did have to send one email to check on things, which made me a bit anxious at first, but the refund came through after a few days. In the end, it felt smooth and I was relieved it all worked out.

I did get replies when I asked about my order, but the updates took longer than I expected. What bothered me more was that the answers weren’t always consistent, so I wasn’t totally sure what was actually going on. It was okay overall, but definitely a bit frustrating.

My books and supplies showed up exactly how I ordered them, with nothing missing or mixed up. I was a little worried something might get messed up, so it was a relief that everything was right. it was a smooth and worthwhile experience overall

"Pretty easy to use, maybe just a little clunky"
I used uwwhitewaterbookstore.com to find a couple books for my classes, and it was straightforward. I’m not always the best at navigating school bookstore sites, so maybe I was expecting it to be more confusing, but the search worked fine and I found my course materials without too much digging.
The only thing I noticed was that a few pages seemed to load kind of slowly, and the checkout page felt a little outdated to me. Maybe I’m just being picky, because it still worked and wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it did what I needed, and I’d probably use it again

"Pickup was okay, but not super convenient"
I ordered online for in-store pickup because I thought it would be quick and easy, but it was a little confusing once I got there. I wasn’t totally sure where I was supposed to go, and I ended up waiting longer than I expected. The staff was nice, so it wasn’t a bad experience exactly, but… I guess I just thought the whole pickup process would be smoother.

I ordered my course materials based on exactly what the site listed for my class, thinking I was all set before the semester started. Then once classes began, I found out one of the books was the wrong edition, and another one wasn’t even needed at all. The return process went fine, so I’ll give them that, but it was still frustrating having to deal with it when I thought I had already checked everything off my list.

"Renting my book was easy"
I rented a textbook from UW-Whitewater Bookstore and it went smooth. The site was simple enough to figure out, and I found the rental option without clicking around forever

The pickup info was clear too, and returning the book wasn’t confusing. Checkout did feel a little slow on my end, but not a huge deal, overall it was a good experience

"Showed up way sooner than I expected"
I ordered a textbook from uwwhitewaterbookstore.com and figured it was going to take a while, but nope, it shipped really fast. I got the tracking info the next day and then, before I even remembered to keep checking it, the package was already there a couple days later. Super easy, no problems, just quick and painless.

"Used Book Was More Worn Than Expected"
I ordered a used textbook from UW-Whitewater Bookstore and it showed up within a few days, so shipping was fine and there were no issues there.

I knew it was used, so I wasn’t expecting it to look brand new, but the amount of highlighting, bent pages, and wear on the cover was more than I expected from the listing. After looking through it, I felt like the condition should have been described more clearly, so I ended up reaching out to ask about it.

The book is still usable for class and the price wasn’t terrible, but this felt more like an average experience than a good one. I’m hoping they take the feedback seriously because clearer condition notes would really help avoid this kind of frustration

The payment page kept acting weird, and I felt like I was being forced to sit there and patiently try again even though I just wanted to finish the order. It was frustrating for something that should’ve taken a minute.

As someone who really hates making wasted trips, I was happy with this. The site said the item was in stock, and when I got there, it was actually there. Not a big dramatic thing, but it made the whole errand easy and I appreciated that.

"Not a ton of UW Whitewater stuff"
I was hoping to find more UW Whitewater gear, but the selection felt limited. Sizes were picked over and I didnt see many newer designs either. I especially thought there would be more hoodie and hat options, so it was a little disappointing.

"Convenient stop between classes"
The bookstore is in such a convenient spot on campus that I can usually pop in before or after class without making a whole trip out of it. The hours have worked out well for me too, especially on those days when I forget something and need it right away. it almost feels like they know we’re going to forget stuff last minute. It’s easy to find, easy to get in and out, and overall just not much of a hassle
